How often should you offer wet food for cats?

Do cats need wet food? Yes. Our feline friends often have a pronounced feeling of thirst. Cats who receive mainly dry food and rarely drink can develop kidney problems. Wet cat food with a meat ratio such as Meat in Sauce Culinary Springwater Trout supplies your feline friend with all the necessary nutrients. At the same time you are ensuring that she consumes a significant part of her daily water requirement. Ideally offer the wet food in several portions throughout the day – and supplement it with a Happy Cat dry food variety. And of course your cats should have access to fresh drinking water at all times, despite eating wet food.

And with wet food for cats, how long can you leave it standing? Avoid leaving leftovers in the bowl for too long as germs can multiply on them in hot weather. Once opened, you can store Happy Cat Meat in Sauce varieties such as Culinary Springwater Trout in the fridge for up to two days.
