Special feed to protect the urinary tract
The recipe for Happy Cat Care Urinary Control cat food was specially devised by our nutrition experts for cats with sensitive urinary tracts which tend to develop into urinary tract problems. The increased methionine content (which makes the urine more acidic) protects your feline friendโs urinary tract. The levels of minerals such as calcium, phosphorus and magnesium in the feed are also reduced. This provides additional protection for a sensitive catโs urinary tract.
- 69 % animal protein (based on total protein)
- Wheat-free and gluten-free recipe
- Contains glucosamine which supports the bladder mucosa
- Enriched with dandelion and stinging nettle
- From 1 year old
Which cats tend to have urinary tract issues?
Neutered cats have a tendency to develop urinary crystals so they are at an increased risk of urinary stones. Factors such as excess weight and lack of exercise can also promote the development of urinary tract problems. Another susceptible group consists of cats who eat no wet food and drink very little.
